STABILIZER BELT CONVEYANCE RECONSTRUCTION IN CHVALETICE POWER PLANT - NOEN, a.s.

General description

The project and supply involved modernization, including extension of the existing conveying line of the belt conveyors on the storage site so that stabilizer can be stored in a western part of the storage site. The line of fixed belt conveyors is extended by a new belt conveyor 13.5 leading westwards to the storage site boundary, reconstruction of transfer belt conveyors PD 14.5, 14.6 and tripper cars SV 14.7, 14.8 was carried out.

The new belt conveyor PD 13.5. The driving station and the leading part are mounted on concrete foundations, the central part of the conveyor consists of non-sequenced central parts, which are mounted on concrete sleepers laid loose on ground, the reversing station is mounted on steel skids and anchored with anchor chains to a concrete block to catch tensile forces in the belt. The reversing station placement and anchorage are adapted to a requirement for a minimum time delay upon a change of conveyance direction – reconstruction of transfer points PD 13.4 – PD 14.5 to PD 13.4 – PD 13.5 (there will be no need to complete the concrete foundation in the place of the reversing station placement, this will result in cancellation of a technological delay required for concrete maturing).
