COMPLEX RENEWAL OF TUŠIMICE POWER PLANT II, OB 01 – COAL HANDLING - NOEN, a.s.

General description

The basic function of the DC 1 unit (coal handling) is conveyance of coal from the handover point –SD, a.s. Doly Nástup Tušimice (DNT) to storage tanks of individual boilers.

The basic conveying track of fuel to the boiler plant is solved by means of two independent lines A and B. Each line can supply fuel to the boiler plant independently of each other. Mobile conveyors or two-way lead-ins are inserted in the important transfer points in the conveying track, which makes it possible to connect various combinations of conveyors from the lines A and B to the resultant conveying track, route conveyance of material to the yard No. 1 or No. 2, provide conveyance of material from yards to the boiler plant.

The DC1 included modernization or replacement of all the partial equipment serving or necessary for conveyance and storage of fuel for the purpose of providing reliable operation for the next approx. 25 years.

Conveying tracks in the external coal handling system consist of the following equipment – fixed belt conveyors, mobile belt conveyors, belt conveyors with a tripper car, distributing lead-ins, conveying track for scale testing, bridge loaders, and the tripper car.
